Exactrx Recognized on the AI Hot 100 List Ahead of NYC Summit

Athena Doshi · June 23, 2025

Exactrx has been named to the 2025 AI Hot 100 List and is live at this week's AI Furnace Summit in NYC.

We're excited to share that Exactrx is named to the 2025 AI Hot 100 List, recognizing the most promising companies applying AI to real-world problems. We're also on-site at The AI Hot 100 Summit, hosted by The AI Furnace in NYC this week, joining a sharp group of founders, operators, and investors pushing the boundaries of applied AI.

At Exactrx, we're building the modern intelligence layer for perioperative services, automating workflows and documentation intake across surgical scheduling, pre-op readiness, and financial clearance. By addressing operational breakdowns during transitions of care, we help surgical teams reduce delays, improve OR utilization, and recapture revenue lost to denials and underused block time.

Our AI is our secret sauce. We combine a defensible rules engine, document classification framework, and vision-language models trained on surgical workflows. We are especially good at guiding large language models to reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy, because in clinical environments, precision is not optional.
